Xander Bogaerts (SS - BOS) $300,000 (2019)[
Justin Upton (LF - LAA) $8,250,000 (2020) ((RESIGN))

Andrew Chafin (RP - ARI) $300,000 (2020)
Alright, here we go. My team is closer to going all-in than rebuilding, although I typically don't like to be black/white about it. This is clearly a move to strengthen my team for the next two years - while giving up some explosive prospects that will help the Dbacks kickstart their rebuild.
I get a top 10 SS, with a shot to resign him this offseason. He has grades in the mid 70's the past two years, so his resign will be in the semi-reasonable neighborhood of $10 million. Upton fills my need at LF, and the swap of resign tags with Longo let me exchange similar salaries for a lot more production. Lamb is a hope to rebound, even a little bit will be an improvement on Sanchez. Finally Chafn is a good cheap source of holds.
Going the other way are two 3B, Longo and Sanchez - not crying over losing either of them, but I do think Longo can improve upon his first year in SF. The big ticket items I'm giving up are Rogers and Patino - both Top 100 prospects. Rogers has a chance to be the 2B in Colorado this year, and could rake in that home park. His face looks like my dog's butt though, so that gives me some solace in giving up a consensus top 15 guy. My team needs beautiful people. Losing Patino hurts, as I'm thin in pitching prospects. In the end, his timeline is still 2-3 years out, and I have to capitalize on the team I have now. Gonzalez is a decent prospect in his own right, just someone I was never really attached to.
Thansk to DBacksGM for the back-and-forth that ultimately brought about this deal. Big day for him as he made a couple deals to completely reshape his team.
