Angels trade: SP - Alex Wood - (2018) - $300,000 1B - Jon Singleton - (2019) - $300,000
White Sox trade: Tyler Beede, SP (SF Prospect - taken in this year FYPD 1.16) CHW 2nd rd FYPD 2014 pick (2.16) CHW 2014 Dispersal pick CIN 2014 Dispersal pick (acquired in Locke-Rienzo trade)
White Sox accept. Giving up a lot of draft picks and my Giants fanboy club card, but really like Wood and Singleton's long term potential as well as already getting a taste of the majors. With long-term cheap contracts, high ceilings, and prospect pedigrees, I feel it's worth all the picks traded. With two more holes filled, CHW should be able to make some noise come playoff time.

Parting with Singleton and Wood was not easy, but I feel that Abreu is locked in at 1b and I have some pitching in MLB and really close. The extra picks will help me fill out the system some more and add quality, since the MLB Angels aren't helping me out too much.
Halos accept.

Approved 1-0
Player notes: Alex Wood: Acquired by Angels in the 2012 FYPD, Round #3, Pick #17.
Jon Singleton: Originally Astros property at freeze date. Selected by Pirates in the 2011 Dispersal Draft with Pick #3. Acquired by Angels from the Pirates in a trade involving Mike Trout among others.
The draft picks all check out. The trade of the Reds pick to the White Sox occurred on 4/27/2013.

This is definitely not a trade I would make if I were Angels. I'd be building around these 2. This is too little for Wood and Singleton especially with the way Wood is pitching.
Denied 1-1

I like the White Sox side more in this trade and agree with Tigers about building around Wood and Singleton, but don't think this is veto-able IMO.
Approved 2-1

I have to agree with Tigers as well, Wood and Singleton are two potential cornerstone players for his team. If I was him I wouldn't be letting Abreu's presence hinder Singleton's value since there a util spot he can play at
Beede's certainly a good start but I think quality over quantity here as the additional pieces is necessary to even out this deal
Sorry boys. 2-2

DD Picks while not worthless are not worth a ton either. Wood and Singleton are worth more.
Denied #3
