1-Im in favor of a draft lottery as I agree it will slow tanking.
2-I think we should use Fantrax to turn a roster illegal if a player is left on IL too long. This will give the teams zeroes on their stats. This makes them easy to spot. Then we can determine the appropriate penalty. In nfl we don’t let the loss count when it comes to draft position. Not sure if that would deter teams in mlb?
3-Good with whatever here. MLB minors are complex for sure. I will say that I’m not sure if penalties are the way to go here. Most likely if a guy isn’t already tracking their minors, they are not super active owners. They may choose to just quit rather than spend time tracking something. So is it better to have an owner that isn’t tracking minors or no owner at all? Also, teams track these differently. I have very good tabs on my minors, but I don’t explicitly list out players lost via draft, etc. I’m more in favor of just talking with guys 1-1 to see if we can get them to track them better.
4-I’m 100% for expanded playoffs. I don’t mind double matchup weeks to get that done.

7-7 days. I prefer that we stick to the same timeframe as we use all season. At the end of the season there are a lot of players that get shut down early and I’d rather have our champion decided by talent on the roster than a war of attrition. The effect just gets higher when you use all the games right up to the last one.
