This is the toughest re-sign I've ever seen to vote on. I've read all the comments both ways and all have merit. Do I think Andrus could be worth more? Yes, because I just re-singed him in another league for 6.3M. But I didn't have a Hendrick/Aybar to "comp" him with. And those comps do make sense. So does the 27/15 SB/CS of Andrus last year. To me, it kind of looks like Hendrick/Aybar were both re-signed too low years ago. Which left us here. Some of the comments in the threads at the old board made mention of how a valuable re-sign spot was having to be used. And true, this will tie up one of the Rangers slots for 5 years.
