The Braves and Rangers have agreed on the following deal pending Braves and league approvals
Braves send Evan Gattis (HOU) UT $300,000 (2018)
Randall Delgado (ARI) $300,000.00 (2017) Todd Redmond (TOR) RP $300,000 (2018)
The Rangers send 2B: Ian Kinsler - $8,000,000 (2014 NTC)(2017) ((Re-Sign))
I think this deal helps both clubs. I hate trading away Kinsler, but I needed to open up a re sign slot and I have Daniel Murphy under contract so moving Kinsler makes the most sense to not create other holes. Plus moving him without picking up salary helps my cap for my resigns. I am hoping Gattis gets some playing time behind the dish and regains his catcher or another fielding position eligibility, but if not I still like his upside with the bat, although there is some risk he loses at bats in Houston down the road. Delgado is an extra arm that replaces some of my expiring RPs and Redmond was a salary dump/throw in (although I think he can just be non tendered)
Good dealing with the Braves and good luck to you.

Braves accept.
I have many options for my util spot but not many for 2b. I believe this upgrades my overall lineup as long as Gattis doesn't regain C eligibility.

Approval #1.
I'm not sure Gattis will get C eligibility, but a 25-30 HR player is good value and can help at UTIL even if he doesn't get C eligibility. And the RP's help to fill out the pitching staff cheaply. Kinsler is a solid 2B option if not the stud he used to be. Good deal for both teams IMO.
