MIL Trades: CF Dexter Fowler 9,000,000 (2018)
TB Trades: CF Kevin Kiermaier 300,000 (2019) 2B Scooter Gennett 300,000 (2018) SP Jhoulys Chacin 1,000,000 (2018)
TB agrees. Fowler will be a big help to my batting order. I have high confidence in Kiermaier's potential, but looking for something now. Kiermaier has 6 SB's and 5 HR this year, but his average is low. Fowler has less SB's and less HR, but his average is much better and he is in a more productive offense. I have Jean Segura who is a 2B that will fill the spot left by Gennett. Gennett is in the starting lineup tonight returning from a strained oblique, but had a great start with 4 HR's before the injury. Chacin just got traded to LAA which means better run support than in Atlanta. He had 4 really good starts before a terrible one last outing. He will be productive.
This clears cap space for MIL and gives them a young CF while I get the benefit short term.

The Brewers agree to the trade.....We needed a starting 2B Gennett fills that role....Kiermaier, and Chacin help fill CF and SP slots respectively.

Not a major fan of this trade. The Rays are giving up 3 solid pieces who have looked good thus far. However, the piece he is getting back, Dexter Fowler, has look fantastic and his floor is much higher than the 3 other players. While the 3 guys could come back to bite him, Fowler should boost the Rays while the 3 players should replace Fowler on the Brewers nicely

I was told how much of a stud Kiermaier was in some prev talks with Rays involving CFers then he goes and moves him plus 2 more for a different CFer very odd but then so have many of the trades made by Rays not vetoable just odd in some ways.
Approval #2

Approval #3. Fowler looks really good and this seems a fair return.
