Brandon Hicks was non tendered back in 2012. Do any managers have a problem ignore the non-tender and going through with this trade?

I think it's probably not a good precedent to set and could cause some chaos if others start digging through their previous waives and requesting they get them back as well.

Two things:
1. I didn't realize when I called him up that I had non-tendered him back in 2012. 2. I didn't even bother to look back if I non-tendered him because he didn't even accumulate 130 ab's until this season. From what I can tell, it looks like his contract was wrong when I took over the team (or I edited it wrong) so I non-tendered him even though he still could have been in my minors.
I dropped him from my team on FanTrax for the time being and am fine with whatever decision you guys make. But, I don't see this a normal non tender only because of the AB's limit that wasn't met when he was non-tendered.

Personally, I don't think the reasons for non-tendering at the time should effect the fact that he was non-tendered. I'm not really sure how he got that contract which is listed as 20XX in the original roster post, then updated to 2016 by one of the Braves GM's shortly after. But if there was concern over why he had a contract at the time I think it should have been addressed then before non-tendering him.
As for his call-up that's a whole different issue, it looks like it shouldn't have been approved if a quick search was done. Regardless of whether it's a regular manager or a TAB member, it should probably be fact checked by the other TAB member approving it.
