TAB voted to re-sign Carlos Carrasco for the open Indians. TAB voted to re-sign him for three years at $9M per year. Cueto signed for $9.2M and is a better, more proven pitcher. But he re-signed for more years, so re-signed Carrasco near the same price, but with less years.
