Cardinals accept.
Needed to fill the hole left by trading Holliday as this does just that.

Oh wow. Diamondbacks goes from trading Cabrera for a reliever who may not be capable of even pitching in the big leagues to a fringe top 100 prospect. Cabrera may hit for an okay average, but he doesn't provide value anywhere else, and may see his playing time reduced because of it. This is evidenced by the fact that Diamondbacks intended to waive him just a few days ago. By no means should a player who barely has waiver wire value be traded for a fringe top 100 prospect
0-1

Approval #1. Cabrera is still a starting LF and there's value in that. He's consistently in the 70 R and RBI, with 10-15 HR range, which is helpful, especially at $5.5M. So a fringy guy is exactly who should be expected in return. Jenkins was a barely a top 100 spec... 3 years ago. Maybe he pans out and is a back end of the rotation SP, or maybe converts to RP, or maybe is a flop. He's no sure thing, and that's the kind of guy to take a shot on and hope he provides some value down the line.

I only waived Melky and I'm only trading him to gain cap space for a current bid!!!!

Approval #3,
(Note: Faster approval can come when teams have correct rosters and haven't removed players prematurely. Also in the TAB's defense, recently we've processed a denied Melky waiver drop and were voting on another Melky trade which got pulled off the table. We've all done extreme Melky research recently.)
