Not sure if White Sox beat me, but I would also place a claim During the offseason to determine who has waiver priority we use the reverse standings from last year. Worst record gets #1 etc., just as we do in the drafts. The reverse standings are here: themajorsleague.freeforums.net/thread/1635/2015-reverse-standingsThe thread is located in the FYPD section and shows the tiebreakers that were used. This list will be used for waiver claims until April 11th when we get our current week #1 standings posted. Then it'll be an ever changing list from week to week.

Yay, we finally have a winner:
LF Sam Fuld - $500,000 (2016) - won by Rays
*Seattle placed LF Sam Fuld - $500,000 (2016) on waivers at Mar 30, 2016 at 4:45pm.
Fuld was claimed by both the White Sox and Rays during the 48 hour waiver period.
Rays win claim based on having a worse 2015 record than the White Sox:
