Rays offer resign of 9,000,000(2020) (NTC 2017)
Previous contract: 300,000(2016)
I used the resign of Lorenzo Cain last year as a comparison. Both guys were 29 when resigned. Both hit .307 the year they were resigned. Cain had about 30 steals and 16 HR and Martinez had around 20 HR and just 1 steal. Martinez missed time so his HR would have been higher, but he isn't a base stealing threat that Cain is so I feel that balances out. Both guys have been All Stars.
