Rangers would like to promote Carl Edwards (aka CJ Edwards) to the majors. Has not yet passed 50innings, but will most likely this year, so he will end up being $300,000 (2022)

Edwards was drafted in real life by the Rangers in the 48th round of the 2011 draft. He was with the Rangers until mid 2013 until he was dealt to the Cubs in the Matt Garza deal. There is no record of the Rangers in this league trading him.
