Rays accept. Unsure when Price will be back. Avila will help right now even though he's going to split time with McCann and isn't the long term guy in DET. Hope Castellanos can regain last years form. Collins and Bradley are about equal with Collins having a better start to the year.

Tigers Accept. I like the addition of Price. With the hope that he can avoid TJ surgery, he brings my good rotation up to one of the league's elite. Bradley Jr.'s numbers have spoken for himself in the past couple of years. He is an impact player and solidifies my right field position. Rusin and Ynoa can also come in and hopefully make an impact on my weakest spot...my bullpen. After a careful look at White Sox prospect Jordan Stephens, he really could be an X factor for me in the coming years. Losing Castellanos hurts very bad, because I know at his best he can be an elite 3B. However, it opens the jobs up to Eugenio Suarez, and I can give somebody else a chance at the utility job. Collins and Avila are swinging hot bats right now, but judging by their history, the streak will end soon.

With Vinny new to leagues like this I did send him a message as it pertains to re-signs just to make sure he understands how they work as he does have 3 currently and Price would be #4 with only one expiring after this year (Miguel Montero) but he could still trade Edwin Encarnacion, Mark Melancon or David Price (if acq). |

This one has been tough for me to evaluate. I really like Castellanos personally and think he might be the most valuable player in the trade depending on how JBJ and Price bounce back.
So I view it as something like Price + JBJ roughly equal Castellanos + Collins. Price being a question mark after the injuries and tying up a re-sign slot for a few more aging years could be rough if he declines. Rusin+Ynoa+Stephens for Avila is what's left and that seems like a lot for Avila. But RP value varies a lot GM to GM. Rusin for Avila might be more accurate, with Ynoa and Stephens extra pieces to entice Tigers.
I think Tigers are getting a pretty good deal as long as Price+JBJ bounce back and they can afford the re-sign slot. But not so out of whack as to make it veto-able IMO.
