Rangers waive the newly acquired Tim Lincecum $10,000,000 (2017) Don't all jump at once!! Denied. Waiver rule states: "Any player except Franchised players can be put on waivers.". Also, anytime a "re-signed" players gets listed in a transaction, he must be noted as such. Lincecum can be demoted using a waiver pass. |
