Just curious if anyone would be In favor of shortening the regular season by a week and moving our playoffs up a week?

I only ask because I noticed several alerts on players during the championship week stating the guy was "shut down for the season".

I was eliminated already so didn't affect me, but feels like maybe we are a week too long and teams are already resting/giving up?

The last week of the regular season sucks if the guys who got you there are either resting for playoffs or taking a seat to give playing time to September call ups.
