The math is correct but we reduce back the salary number.

In the rules it doesn’t say we round down. It says we round to the nearest 100,000. Which in this case would be up to 10.8.
I’m fine if we want to change it, but just saying what the rule states.

I looked back at last years resigns and we rounded up or down to the nearest. So I say we stick with that. I think I updated the ones already approved.
