2.18 2019 FYPD (WAS)
SS Osiris Johnson (prospect)

Tampa agrees. I really liked Johnson last draft and just missed out on him. A 2nd rd pick can be a very solid prospect. I’m giving up on Bell. I thought when I got him he was going to develop into a more powerful hitter. But he hasn’t broken out yet. Still promise there, but this is likely a make or break year for him. A bad season and PIT might be looking for another answer. But I do think he will be at least a serviceable 1B for this season. Possibly more.

Been trying to get my head around this deal. Its essentially 4-yrs of a cheap 1B (Josh Bell) for 2 2nd Rd picks. Really comes down to what is the real Josh Bell the guy who belted 26 HR in 2017 or 12 in 2018. He is probably somewhere in between maybe closer to a 18-20 HR guy. But its really tough to know at this time.

I own Josh Bell in another league there is probably no way I would deal him for this but then maybe I am just higher on him that morf clearly is.
