TB agrees. Marte is having a great year and can play 3 positions. But my team is Tommy John Central and my non pitchers aren’t much better. So I’m retooling for future seasons. Good luck Sox and hope Marte helps you out.

White Sox agrees.
In many ways this feels like chasing losses at a blackjack table but we will see. I have a top 3 team in the roto standings because when my team is healthy it’s very very good.
But I’ve got five guys on the DL right now. And with names like Posey, Altuve, Correa, Gallo, and Carrasco they are rather important pieces. If the current matchup ended this moment I’m not even in the playoffs. Running short staffed the last three weeks has made it nigh impossible to compete. And Twins picked my matchup to come out of his slumber.
So even though Naylor was my essentially untouchable farm piece, I have to do what’s best for my fans. And that’s go all in for this season and next before the AL becomes the “thirteen other teams watch the Angels stomp around like Godzilla” league in 2021.
Ketel fits my specific needs perfectly. Matching positions with Altuve, Correa, and Gallo so that it doesn’t matter who stays injured the longest I’m not in a bind. I own him in my 30 team and am a strong believer.
Good luck with Naylor and the rest. Talks took a long and winding road but we got there in the end.

2015 FYPD -- Drafted by Mariners
2016 Traded by Mariners to White Sox
Not sure I would do this trade personally but i understand why TJ feels he needs to if he wants to stay in the race in the AL with all the injuries. Naylor as a 1B/COF does not fit what his team needs which is MIF and CF.
Its basically Naylor + some lottery tickets for Metel who is having a breakout season.
