Mariners trade: SP Freddy Peralta $300,000(2023) SP/RP Adrian Houser $300,000 (2024) RP Hunter Harvey $300,000 (20xx)
Rays trade: 2020 TB 1st (Pick 1.9) 2021 TB 3rd Alan Strong (prospect)
Mariners accept this deal. High risk on both sides. I do believe that Harvey will become the Orioles closer at some point this season but with his injury history its too difficult to project his success. I'll rather move him when there is still some value. Peralta has incredible stuff along with an excellent K/9 ratio but has yet to put it all together. If he becomes a top-of-the-rotation guy with 200+ k's each year, I'll completely regret this trade but more than likely he will be a dominant 7th or 8th inning guy. A top 10 pick more often than not generates a top-tiered prospect but its no guarantee. The 3rd round pick is a consolation prize in case the 1st rounder doesn't reach its potential.

Rays agree. Can’t ever have too much pitching. I like these young arms more than adding to my system.
