To Cardinals for:
Corey Knebel (RP - MIL) $300,000 (2020)
Another straight forward deal for the White Sox. Stockpiling some useful bullpen arms in hopes I have enough for the season. Knebel won’t be up with the big club until at least May as he recovers from TJS. But I can leave him in paid minors until then and see how it goes. I’m giving up a teenage lotto ticket OF that hasn’t impressed much yet. But he’s still young and if Cardinals gets enough of these guys he’s bound to hit on a couple.
