Figured out the issue
2017 87 2018 73 (not 83) 2019 80 x2
$11,200,000 is correct.

New issue I show Padres already have 4 re-signs. I will need to look into this.

Seems issue was someone moved Justin Upton from SD to STL but left Upton on SD as well as STL.
Springer is now approved
