RP Jake McGee $2,500,000 (2022) - Cap Dump **PAID MINORS**

Guardians send:
SP - Max Fried - $300,000 - (2023)
SP- Paul Blackburn $300,000(2022)
CF - Victor Robles $300,000 (2024)PAID MINORS

Seattle accepts

A big package to give up but Fried is a top 10 SP which will help me for my postseason push. Blackburn is also a quality arm that will improve my pitching staff.

I was planning on moving Fried or McKenzie, to get pieces to rebuild my depth. My team like everyones has been destroyed by injury and i had no depth in minors. I have been putting band aids on this team for a couple of years trying to compete. I am not going to tear the entire team down, but will move some parts to get more depth and young talent to help for future. I am getting a solid young C, elite SS prospect, top 100 SP prospect, Duran highly rated at one point maybe he figures it out but that is what i said about Robles last year. Blackburn is a solid SP but not someone i would resign, so packaging him with Fried to help get the return i was looking for made sense to me, and he will help the Mariners on their Championship run.
