- III-B. Use Waiver Pass to demote automatically by TAB if not posted by GM (or Waive of player left on IL too long if out of waiver passes.)

We will increase buffer from 2 to 3 days. IR Enforcement will stay as it has been illegal roster when kept on IL longer than 3 days. If you fail to remove a guy within 3 days you will get a warning first then be required to burn a waiver pass. If you do not post a TAB member will.

3. Minors -- Have Until April 15th before penalties begin

When New GMs join they will be required to acknowledge this as well.

4. Expanded Playoffs -

We will add 2 new wild card teams and a new round of the playoffs.

5. All-Star Week: Short Vs Long

- A. Short (What we have done) - 9
- B. Long (Would likely Require Some Multi-Matchup Weeks) - 17

All-Star Break will go from a short week to a long week.

6. Opening Day Roster
