Just to clear something up. Was it assumed that if you did not meet the mins (50 AB and/or 10 IP) that you would get automatic losses for those 2 categories plus the listed penalties?
Yes - Braves, Brewers, Angels, A's, Mets, Orioles (6) No - Rays, Phillies, White Sox, Padres, Tigers, Reds, DBacks, Indians, Mariners (8)
Currently its not set-up that way but it's easy to do if assumed.
If it was not assumed, should it be that way
Yes - Braves, Brewers, Angels, A's, Mets, White Sox, Padres, Tigers, Indians, Mariners (10) No - Rays, Phillies, Reds, DBacks (4)

I don't really understand what we are voting on. Whether or not we assumed something earlier?

I don't really understand what we are voting on. Whether or not we assumed something earlier? There are two simultaneous votes. #1 Did you assume not meeting the mins would be counted as losses. #2 if this was not an assumption that you made, would you like to see this as a rule.

No
And no
So now we help the tankers by giving them free losses?
This rule is about preventing tanking. NOT about preventing winning with too few IP/AB
But either way, the rule could accomplish both.
I’m fine with both as long as the true reason of punishing those that don’t meet the mins with draft penalties applies. The whole discussion was around not rewarding someone for playing a dead lineup.

Yes and yes. Still punishing tankers through draft picks....also ensuring non-tankers don’t bench pitchers to win matchups (something almost all leagues already have in place that we are cleaning up here perhaps)
